Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
How did you move ? Did you merge the Sim that owned the clinic to a new household or moved the entire household ?
