[VGSP] Tasks not/rarely done by Butler/Maid

Buttlers and cleaners won't put dirty clothes into the washing machine from the hampers, won't clean the lint tray and only sometimes will they put the clothes to dry from the washing machine. They also only sometimes take out the trash from vacuum robots.

Butler's will not cook, no matter how many open counters there are a message pops up saying they cannot complete the task due to either being too busy (which they aren't) or no open counter space (which there is plenty of). I have even tried replacing the fridge, stove, and counters to no avail.

I noticed it says Vacuum (Puddles) in the bug report. I know it was supposedly fixed in the January update, and I don't know it if is fixed (I has not had any puddles for them to clean), but I notice butlers still try to vacuum diapers and food waste that toddlers that are messy eaters leave behind on the floor after eating a meal.
