Voice and outfit bug

I play on Xbox. When I update a townie using cas.fulleditmode they often come out wearing something completely random and with the wrong voice. On a blind date I edited a male character and he was then stuck in a catfish costume for every single outfit. Another one I tried editing came out with MY Sims female voice. I've closed out the game and waited a few days, and the bug is still there.
