[W] Cure Seeker: Collecting Wolfsbane doesn't tick

I’m working on the Cure Seeker aspiration and I collected more Wolfsbane (12/10) before getting Moonpetal. Then, I got the 3 Moonpetal, but now the aspiration is bugged. No matter how many Wolfsbane I collect, it won’t count and I can’t move on to the next part of the aspiration.

Bit odd that you could collect more than required without it ticking off.

To be sure, you're not using mods/cc ?

Not using any mods or cheats.

When I was collecting wolfsbane, it always counted as 3 per gather. So it went like this: 3/10, 6/10, 9/10, and finally 12/10. I got it before getting the 3 Moonpetals. I think the bug is related to one of those events.

But fortunately, I figured out how to complete the Aspiration. I began reading werewolf books until I got the Were-B-Gone recipe and crafted it. This checked the third part, and when I drank it, it checked the fourth part, and I got the Aspiration Trait (but the second part continued to show 12/10 and did not mark as checked - only a visual bug).

    Thansk!

Maybe it didn't mark as check cause it was over. Def shouldn't happen.

Don't see a report at AHQ for this so I wonder if this is a new thing.

Did you do it before ?

  • Just had the same issue right now. Not using any mods/cc, first time completing this aspiration, and it was just a visual bug, thankfully.

Becoming human should get rid of fated mates trait though, but that's a whole other issue 😅

  • This is still an issue. Modded/not modded, new save/old save, CAS werewolf/turned – it happens on all of them.

I did, however, come across a way to make it tick and remain ticked. Harvest 3 plants so that you’re on 9/10. You then want to go to the gallery and find a harvestable that’s on the ground. You then drag that into your Sim’s inventory so that it goes from 9 to 10. Done. Just to be double clear. You drag the plant from the ground into the inventory in live mode.
