[W] [EBN] Werewolves get Imbalance due to rage

Due to werewolf rages consisting of long periods with extreme anger moodlets, the balance system almost constantly treats them as imbalanced, giving them debuffs, ailments and bad luck. I believe this is unintentional, as it makes playing a werewolf with ailments/balance enabled extremely difficult.
