[W] Werewolf body/face details stuck on human form

Is anyone still seeing this on new werewolves ?

I just had this happen a few days ago. I have a few script mods but no cas mods. My issue looks the same as the ones in the pic.

This is still happening. Tested on a new save/sim. For reference, both the sim in this save and the new one are attempting a supersim challenge, but werewolf is the first occult they are attempting. 

I have a household with 2 werewolf sims. I went into CAS and one of the sims totally glitched out. 

1. His everyday outfit got replaced with a random one
2. Every other outfit was deleted and he was naked (no underwear, just a naked sim with no genitals)
3. Parts of his werewolf markings was on the face and hands
4. His face was deformed and sunken unto the head (excluding on the everyday outfit)
5. You could see hits of chest tufts and ears
6. The bugged werewolf features would stay in place when he moved
7. In werewolf form the markings were partially missing, had jagged edges or were offset

The other werewolf sim is totally normal. I don't know what happened.
