[W] Werewolf Pack members that aren't Werewolves

I’ve come across an issue in a legacy save file (4th gen) where in the wildfangs, several sims keep autonomously joining the pack, even though I am the alpha, and they aren’t even werewolves. I keep kicking them out, but they keep joining constantly. They aren’t townies either, just a constant onslaught of randomly generated sims I’ve never seen before. There’s like 2-3 new ones every day and I’m getting tired of it. Has anyone else encountered this issue? How do I stop it? Is it a bug or a bad feature? I am on PS5 btw
