[W] Werewolf Pack members that aren't Werewolves

I have pack members in both the Collective and Wildwing Packs that are not werewolves themselves. This has happened since the July 2025 update. They are new game generated pack members. Is this something new? If not how can they even join the packs as members and not friends of the packs?

NPC Sims who are not werewolves will no longer be seen as Werewolf pack members. Please note that this only applies to new Saves.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
