Want: confess to being socially awkward interaction not found

Socially awkward sims sometimes get a Want to Confess to Being Socially Awkward. It is supposed to be satisfied by confessing to be socially awkward with another sim, but on a young adult socially awkward sim, I can not find that interaction anywhere on the pie menu after clicking on another sim.
