[W] Werewolf body/face details stuck on human form

Does this happen with any werewolf ? I tested my existing one and they work fine. 

Seems to happen with any human who turns into a werewolf, not someone who is werewolf-born.

Did you always have this issue ? I've not seen this reported before. I usually don't play with occults so I've only tried this when the pack came out and it was def fine back then.

This is my first time playing with the werewolves pack so haven't seen the issue before. I have had a very buggy game recently but have repaired the game and nothing fixes this issue.

I'm having the exact same isssue, also persisting even when I cure the werewolf through Wolf-B-Gone.

Fun fact, if you change your sims' appearance to a normal face in the normal worlds in the game and then say, go to Batuu, it reverts and you have to rechoose the face again (does not remove the wolf features in my screenshot but at least removes the ears and the half-morphed wolf/human texture on her face)
