Werewolves game pack completely broken?

For about a month now. Since the last update. Not the one on 27/05/25, my werewolves pack has been completely broken. I cannot use any items including build mode or cas. Items make sims go red and white checks with ? On them and the moonwood map has no lots at all.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have rest ea app, cleared caches, checked all folders. I have no cc or mods, I’ve repaired the game multiple times too and nothing still. Literally got £34 sitting empty and unusable. A very grumpy simmer who just trying to play werewolves
