Sims making white cake (Foodies NAP not active)

I have a business and my employee keeps making white cake instead of doing her assigned tasks.  This has happened with my  GTW retail store and my small business.  I am playing on PC. 

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  Do you have the foodie NAP active in those neighborhoods ?

I am having this problem as well. No active mod or foodie NAP active. People keep making white cakes.

In your business ? Did you set any other rules to cook ? Did you check the correct neighborhood for NAP ?

Also is this without mods/cc for you ?

could you please provide the following info:

• Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?
• Do you have any club gatherings going on that have cooking ?
• Do you have any room mates ?

I don't use the roommate system and I don't use the club system. I do have mods, but I have disabled mods in my game and my sims still bake white cakes autonomously. I've noticed it's visitors, household members, ghosts and ranch hands are the ones baking the white cakes. I stream the sims on twitch and have watched other streamers where their sims also will autonomously bake white cakes in their game as well. The only mods I have in my game are MCCC, Better Build Buy, Basemental Drugs, and Lumpinou's LGBTQIA mod. This bug happens with or without mods. 

Usually it's the foodie NAP. People aren't aware that it's active. I've checked so many saves where people have sworn it's not and they were just checking the wrong neighborhood.

Not claiming that's the case for you but would you mind sharing your save so I can check if I can duplicate

Please also remove all adult mod mentions from your post. Names of mods that raise the rating are against the TOS.

How do I share my save file? I tried to upload it and I keep getting an error. I play with NPC voting turned off for the NAPs. I only use NAPs that will help my sim in their career, like the entertainment or tech career or use the NAP that gives you a discount on your bills if you upgrade everything in your sim's home for eco living.
