Started playing the time traveler event, got a about an hour in gameplay and the game suddenly froze. Couldn't click anything and white screened. Couldn't close my game. Had to restart my laptop. Tried again and this time I white screened on the home screen. Tried one more time and I white screened while selecting a season. I have all the packs and right now I can't play any.
Is this with or without mods/cc ? What platform are you playing on ?

No mods/CC and I'm playing on pc
Probably best if you post in PC tech The Sims 4 Technical Issues - PC
Make sure to include you Computer's DxDiag
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
