[COL] Wild rabbits stuck in place

Hi, playing Sims 4 on PC with no mods. Only have base game and EA additions. Not noticed this issue before the last few days, but may or may not be an ongoing thing. Couldn't find this anywhere in the archives either.

I have wild rabbits on my property with a rabbit burrow. They had been running around my garden but then I noticed that one rabbit didn't seem to move anywhere. Days later in the sims world, it is still stuck in place. It does usual idle movements, but physically goes no where else. There is nothing around it to be stuck on and the ground around it is flat. I tried resetting it using cheats multiple times and it has not helped. I have also restarted the game etc... Then I noticed today that another rabbit is stuck in a similar area of the garden (a couple of medium sized bushes away). I have tried the exact same with the other rabbit and it seems there is nothing I can do to move either of them. They are stuck in place, whether night or day. There are still other rabbits hopping around, so it's not all of them. If it is a specific rabbit thing, they both have black and white patches and the other rabbits are different.

If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this, please let me know! Thanks!

Edit By Crinrict: Added pack tag to title.

  • I have this problem sometimes, too. What works for me: go into build mode, grab the rabbit and move it somewhere else (rabbits are objects to the game). Go back into live mode and see if it resumes hopping. Mine normally do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • I have this, too, with the rabbit home on a lot (at least that, I haven't tested Henford) and all colors of rabbit.
