World Not Loading After Creating Residential Rental

I created a residential rental in magnolia promenade and now that world will not load. The screen goes white and the only exit is back to the main menu. This is the case both when attempting to travel and from manage worlds. This still occurs even after creating a new save. The only mod I have in my game is mc command center which has been update and the error still occurs when mods are disabled.
