[WPK] Can't interact with TV

Purchased The Wonderland Playroom Kit and the TV is not able to be interacted with. Have tried deleting it multiple times and even in different locations. Closed the game and reopened. Really sad bec...

Hello,

If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your App Data folder, as well as your Electronic Arts folder?

For PC, you can find this under: User > [Username] > AppData > Local > TS4
For Mac, you can find this here: Macintosh HD > Users > [Username] > Library > Application Support > TS4

For your Electronic Arts folder, you can find that under Documents-> Electronic Arts.
