My sim has both Rocket Science and Handiness skills maxed, and is (see attachment) upgrading a rocket ship. She has the "I Love Handiness!" moodlet, but should have "I Love Rocket Science!" since, as far as I know, upgrading rocket ships does not influence or involve the Handiness skill at all, and only influences/involves the Rocket Science skill.
