[XB] Owned packs are showing as unowned in the Gallery

So since the very latest update I can’t download from my library, I can’t download previous sims I have created or houses because when I click on them it shows they were created using packs I don’t own. But I own every pack and I created those sims using them, of I go through the main screen marketplace it shows all the packs as owned and active, if I go though manage games on Xbox it shows all packs owned but some down the bottom now say they don’t need to be installed which is weird and more importantly I am able to use the packs to create the sims but apparently can’t download them because it says they are unowned. I have reset and hard reset, cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all packs and it’s still showing they aren’t owned. According to what I’ve read online it’s only a visual bug and doesn’t affect gameplay but it is affecting gameplay when I can’t use anything from my library.
