This pop up issue is worsened by the entirely separate major issue where you can get stuck simply viewing a household in either the library or gallery and have no choice but to shut the game down and restart for yet another round of pop ups.
It's not surprising to me that issues like this can arise when updating the game, but it's inexcusable that issues like these can slip past the QA team seemingly unnoticed. Then again, the same QA team apparently didn't notice that they turned everyone's photos black and wiped out years worth of in-game photos before inflicting those updates on us.
It's beyond negligence at this point. It demonstrates contempt for your own customer base.
