Hi, thank you for replying and for passing this along.
I just wanted to confirm that I’m also experiencing this on Xbox Series X.
The tattoo limit pop-up permanently locks paint mode across my entire save file, even on Sims without tattoos.
I really appreciate you escalating this issue.
