Had this last night in CAS on PS4 none of the buttons were working when I selected the 'tops' options for my sim but I did eventually manage to get it to work by pressing the touch pad on my controller to get rid of the cursor controls and using the analog sticks to navigate the screen and open, close and cycle through the categories and then my controls came back and my button imputs started working again when I brought the cursor controls back 🤷🏻 It's not a fix but it worked for me as a workaround.
