[XB/PS] Gallery Library Wiped

Some time later, all the buildings in my gallery disappear.

This error was repeated several times.

The error appeared after the May 2026 update

Please help me urgently. Please fix this error.

У меня появился после обновления баг-ошибка в мае 2026.

Со своей галереи отредактированные мной я беру участки.

Определённое время галерея работает,

Но спустя некоторое время галерея перестает работать,

Отображать любые сохранённые участки (и так же Симов),

В моей галерее, пишет: "Вы не делитесь ни чем".

Чтобы появились сохраненные участки и симы в моей галереи нужно каждый раз выходить из игры.

Срочно помогите исправить ошибку в галерее.

This happens to me after I get the notification that the gallery storage is full and I close the game and reopen it.

The same thing just happened to me. I have been creating in the Sims four basically since the game dropped for PS5. Randomly my gallery crashed today which crashed my whole sims game and when I loaded back into it except for three builds that I saved from gallery before checking my library, everything I’ve ever created or saved is gone… the only things that remain the maxis/EA creations and the three before mentioned builds. Every character I have built, every lot, every business, every house, GONE…and I cannot get them back.

I’m having the same issue all mine is gone
