[XB/PS] Gallery Library Wiped

Just an update, now when I go to my gallery (profile) a whole lot of my saved lots and stuff are gone. Before they were all there and now a whole bunch of them are gone. There’s only some of them left and still “my library” has a little of my saves there most of them are gone. 

It was playing The Sims earlier today. And went in gallery to look for previously created Sims none of them were there. And I cannot save any new sims to my gallery.  As well lots that I have found are not able to be saved to my gallery.

Any updates on this? I did the update today and still, my gallery hasn’t returned. My library is still missing almost all my builds 

Im having issue where I cant save anything that I created it wont go in my gallery and when I check it all my creation I did made over the past years are all gone the only thing I can do now is download other player stuff but I cant download my own content this happening on my ps4 

I got an error message when i was trying to save a household saying that my library was full and to make space, so i did. Then the game crashed and when i reloaded it said corrupted save data had to be deleted. Everything is gone and all the maxis stuff i deleted is back. I spent years rebuilding everything back up from the last time this happened. All the tattoes i saved are gone, i don't know if I'll be able to find them in my likes, all the sims I've created are gone, lots that i created and saved but never uploaded, but all the ugly maxis stuff is back

Ever since the marketplace updates, my gallery has been wiped, and every time I try to add a new or previous Sim to gallery. It does not save in My Library.

to be sure, this happens for both your local library as well as the online gallery ?

For me, it appears it’s just my private library and not my gallery. I don’t think anything is missing from my gallery: although someone commented on one of my speed builds and said a build wasn’t in my gallery when I could see it there. Don’t know if it’s hidden from everyone except me or if she just missed it. But my personal library is still wiped. 

Some time later, all the buildings in my gallery disappear.

This error was repeated several times.

The error appeared after the May 2026 update

Please help me urgently. Please fix this error.
