after the May 12th update, I literally cannot CAS on PS5. I click on the hair and my cursor freezes. I cant go up or down, by using either joystick or d pad. its the same with eyes, eyebrows, and most clothing. I wanted to try out the new update but cant. anyone know a fix? if not I hope they fix this

Hello! I have found that with stuff like hair and clothes, for example if you are wearing long hair the long hair section freezes. i usually switch to a short hair style or for clothes if i want a shirt to switch to a tank top and it fixes it so i can choose whatever long hair/clothing type i want. its still annoying to have to do it everytime and its time consuming. for things like bracelets for example if you bring up your cursor by hitting B i believe, and switch between everyday and formal it kind of bugs it back to normal and lets you use it. this is just what works for me on Xbox tho so idk about playstation
I don’t know if you might have one but if you have a mouse that connects to your ps5, you can use that to move the cursor in CAS, that’s been the only workaround I have

Omg same! It’s sooo frustrating. I have to force quit each time - I just gave up trying to edit anything in CAS. I really hope they fix it 😔
