[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

i play on playstation and i cant scroll any category of cas if its for a sim with masculine fit toggled. havent played in a few months so ive got no clue when this started but now i cant make any new sims

I am dealing with the same problems. In create a sim, I am unable to scroll through each time and I can’t exit the gallery when I try to import anything (sims, lots, tattoos, pets, etc). This need to be fixed ASAP!!!

Ever since the recent update (bridgerton update) my cas isnt working on my Xbox. I dont have any CC content, by the way. But any time for example I try to go select a hair or outfit, it wont let me scroll down and select an item. Cant report any in game bugs as I havent been able to make a character to play it. Please fix it asap

On the Gallery, the first thing I click, whether it be a sim, house, tattoo, I can't exit nor click on other things like the comments or seeing it in a different view and the packs owned and not owned dont show up at all ever since they added it.

Yes this has been happening to me as well and its not just a select few sections it happens on all of them like every makeup category and it gets annoying

I'm assuming this is a console only issue. Certain menus, particularly CAS menus, will occasionally not work. I'll attempt to open a menu, like the short hair menu or the pants menu, and the cursor will not select anything. It just isn't there, preventing me from selecting anything. Gamebreaking bug.

Very temporary, but it does work! 

Having an issue scrolling through different categories in CAS, unsure if I’m having the same issue with in game items as I haven’t played yet since I was creating a new sim. Rn I’m unable to change eye color or shape, piercings, long hair styles and updos, the see all options in clothing items (I am able to in the individual categories). All categories are slow to start scrolling like it’s frozen except my sims is still moving and everything 

Im having the same issue, mostly with CAS on my Xbox! Some categories I can scroll through but some I can’t at all! I’m trying to make a sim rn and can’t change eye color, scroll the long hair styles or updos! My game was fine before the update 

Since the update with the layers, I'm unable to adjust several of the cas features for my sims, including the cheeks and eyebrows. The eyes panel opens but for some reason, my cursor is unable to select anything. And for others, such as the hair and eyebrows the cursor requires a lot of toggling around to get it to be able to select the hair. Normally, it would appear on the item selected on the sim, but now it appears and disappears.

I am on xbox.
