[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

Whenever i go into CAS with a pre-existing save and let’s say for example i click on tops, and then i hit all, instead of letting me scroll through the options of shirts, it won’t let me scroll at all, so then i try to go to T-shirts and pick someone and sometimes it’ll let me and sometimes it won’t, it happens with every CAS scroll down menus. 

Recently when I go into create a sim only some of the features are working. I can't change the eye color on my sim and I can't access any item if I click on the infinity all symbol for that category. Does it matter what it is?Whether it's facial features or clothing. I can only access some items if i click on a category but not all. Same thing is happening in the gallery. Where I can access some features, but not others. Eventually, the game freezes every time after numerous attempts, and then I lose my saved data. I know there's been a lot of changes recently but can we slow down on so many of these changes and concentrate on making sure the features and packs actually work.

CAS not working. I can pick a category, but it doesn't let me look through the items or pick anything. No matter what category I think, even sub categories.

I’m absolutely begging they fix this soon. 

In Create A SIM I am unable to select anything from Hair, Facial Features, Clothes, Accessories, Footwear.  things just take too long to load, and when they do eventually load,  the courser starts  behaving erratic moving way to fast and it skips over items likes its playing hopscotch.     If there is too much in the game for the system to handle maybe the Sims engine needs updating.    I play skate as well  and the glitches and bugs which have happend during game play haven't stopped the game.    With the Sims 4 I have to log out of it and then log back in.   And it's often the same issues when I do,  so I have to log out of it again. 

Hello! Ever since the latest update every time I go to create a sims to start a new family or to redo a family and I do the hairdo for all or for the short it does not do anything I can't scan through the dues for the eyebrows and the eyes I cannot change them some of the clothing features are unavailable as an avid Sims fan and player I urgently beg you to fix this ASAP

Fortunatuly I don't have that problem. I have that the current outfit is not immidiatly visible and have to scroll all the way down to find it.

I’m trying to change my sims outfits in Plan Outfits and CAS mode. And nothing is working for the ps5. Just had an update and this is ridiculous. Apparently it’s happening to a lot of people. I like changing my sims outfits at the start of a new week. And it will let me click on all outfits but it won’t let me scroll down to change them at all. What in the actual hell??
