Hello, I’d like to ask for help with a problem I’m having on Xbox with the EA WRC game. Specifically, I’m using the Moza R9 v3 base unit and the Moza ESX steering wheel. Everything works perfectly with these, even though they aren’t on the list of supported devices; the same goes for the Moza HBP brake, which also works brilliantly. However, there is a problem with the MOZA SGP RS059 sequential gearbox. I have confirmed that the gearbox works. However, there is some sort of communication issue between the game, the base unit, the steering wheel and the gearbox. When I simply launch the game and try to play, the gearbox never engages. You can see that it’s switched on – all the LEDs are lit – and it works normally in another game (Dirt Rally 2.0), but in EA WRC, it doesn’t respond. There’s a strange workaround involving switching between PC and Xbox modes and back again, then unplugging the USB cable from the console for a few seconds, which theoretically fixes the problem, but I’ve only managed to get the gearbox working twice (on those occasions I also remapped the buttons to control the gearbox, etc. – everything worked until I restarted the console) . This confirms that the hardware is fine, and the problem itself is related to communication. Please look into this and resolve the issue. From what I’ve seen on Reddit, this is a common problem and many people are giving up on EA WRC in favour of Dirt Rally 2.0 for this reason, even though I personally prefer EA WRC.

Does anyone even care about the state of this game anymore? Now that it's been sold to someone, do we no longer have to worry about support and fixing bugs?
