Hello, today when me and my gf played it takes two localy on one pc, in the middle of playing my pc somehow shut down and when we turned it on again, we launched it takes two and we had 0 progress, it wouldnt let us do anything else then create a new game. I started searching for files in my pc but all of them got lost somehow, like I never played the game, mind you we had about 12 hours played already and we were pretty far I would say. So I tried chatgpt some tutorials and nothing worked, all save files are empty i cant load the latest versions or anything. I also contacted ea and they responedn that they cant do anything because the game doesnt store saves. Is there anything we can do so our 12 hour progress doesnt get lost? Or could we somehow get access to the chapters? So we can just pick the one we ended on? Because right now the only thing I can click on is create a new game. thanks for the responses
A way out directx issue while friend invites
Hi everyone so I have A way out And yesterday I invite my friend he was installing it through invitation but at 97% he gets an error "a redistributable package directx was not installed successfully setup cannot continue 4294967287" He gets this error twice and I've searched everywhere but couldn't find a solution yet Also how to report this to EAThe second player does not answer
Literally now I have encountered a mistake: the second player does not answer. After about 15 minutes, this error flies out from above in the middle of the screen and the game flies away, they say a bad connection. What can this mistake be related to and how to fix it? Before that (about a year ago) I played, everything was fine.
A Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones.
