Ea app will not open

I've been trying for days to fix the problem my ea app wouldn't open it said error code 10005 I uninstalled and re installed the app and it now says it has trouble connecting to update servers i've also removed all my mods and the game still wouldn't work

I think it is a issue with the connection status as in the files it has a red cross next to it but i don’t know how to fix it
