EA Background Services On Startup & Close?
"EA Background Service" for my computer is showing up on my task manager on my computer after turning it on for the morning, without even starting anything EA-related. The app is not open, Epic is not open, Xbox, B.net, nothing related to it at all is open and yet this is still on my task manager for some reason when I restart my computer. I have no startup programs that would cause this. It's also set to "manual" in my services, yet it started up on its own before any prompt, like a spyware or malware program would. It also does not close when I close the EA App, and I have background services off entirely. Please help me fix this. It seems no one has found a fix for this for years and years, and people keep asking for help on it, and nothing works.EA App in full window issue
I can open the EA app in full without a game going. If i open a game and need to min window and use the ea app i cannot get it to open like before. Only thing i can do is full screen game window then use the app overlay. I dont like this. I used to be able to and for various reasons it was useful.Deleted original email, cant get help with support
I still actively use and access my EA account through my linked Xbox account and have had continuous access to it for years. However, the original email connected to the EA account was deleted a long time ago and cannot be recovered through Google anymore. Because of this, I cannot receive verification codes needed to update or change the email address on the account. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times and tried account recovery several times. I provided information such as: Xbox purchase history, linked Xbox gamertag, previous account details, approximate account creation period, other information I could remember The problem is that the account was created back in 2019 when I was younger, so I cannot remember every exact detail originally entered on the account. Support keeps telling me that some details are incorrect, but they do not specify which ones. I can still fully access the EA account through Xbox login today. The main issue is only the inaccessible email address.23Views0likes2CommentsJedi Fallen Order
My app, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order crashes, or stops and starts. I have repaired it twice through the ES app with no positive results. There is a message when booting that says I have a corrupt save file. Can I remove it from my PC and re-install it without paying for it again? That's it. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!6.7KViews20likes209Comments
