EA APP can't enter the game and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
I downloaded 2 games on EA APP, game bf1, I can enter normally, but game star warstm battlefronttm 2, when I enter the game, a small game window appears and then disappears without anything happening, why do I always encounter this situation?? and you guys have never listened to customers and fixed it for customers, I have tried everything but it doesn't work, I use win 11 and I have reinstalled win 10, it's still the same, why??
EA App wont load my account
When I open the EA App to play any game, the right side where my account and friends should be just stays grayed out. That woulnt be too bad but it also means that within any game ( for example Battlefield V ), Im unable to go online. Usually when Bf V won t work correctly I could just close and reopen it or restart the Pc but now nothing works to make the game playable again. No error code given, oh and restarting EA app or doing the App recovery also doesnt help.
EABackgroundService Feedback
Hello, Current: EABackgroundService service will automatically stop within about 1-2 minutes after the EA App fully exited, if correspond settings in the EA App are turned off. > The current situation may be frustrating due to privacy concerns. Expected / Feedback: There should be an option in the EA App settings to do that stopping EABackgroundService service without any delay as soon as the EA App fully exited. Thanks.
EABackgroundService issues
When I close the app (with all settings turned off for background tasks happening) and with the launch mode of the EABackgroundService set to manual, the EAbackgroundService does not stop. Even if I go into the services and stop it myself, the service just restarts itself and keeps on running. There is no reason this should be happening. When I close the app, I want all processes related to the app to end. Including this EABackgroundService. Also has a side note, I want the option to close the app fully when hitting the X button. Steam doesn't have this option, and it is incredibly frustrating. Epic and Battle.net do and I appreciate them for that. Don't let this already pretty terrible game launcher fall behind in a very easy category they could get ahead in. Give me an option, so that when I click X, the application fully quits, and doesn't just minimize to my tray. Thanks.
EA account data can't be downloaded, for more than a week.
EA account data can't be downloaded, and it has been maintained in the "preparing data" stage for more than a week. It can't be downloaded or even canceled.I have asked the customer service team three times, but the customer service team did not answer the question and only asked me to request through self-service operation. I have already requested and got stuck in that interface. My mobile phone and computer are completely clean, and it is not a problem with my network. How can I solve it?
EA App Launcher Not Opening: Shows an “X”
When I click the EA app it always asks me to run it as an administrator so I accept that, then after it showed a white box with a red “x” in it. It does not open. I had no problems with it running through origin on my Windows 7 computer until now. I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting my computer, clean booting my computer, clearing cache, and even tried repairing the app or updating it, I tried updating my computer too but it will not let me check for updates. I would really appreciate if I could get some help since I have games on here and haven’t been able to open it in months.
