I dont know where else to go for this, because EA is just absolutely HORRENDOUS at **bleep**ing everything appearantly. I made a new account because my other account got hacked a while back, and I gave up trying to use it, went to login the other day and it finally let me change the password and get back into it. Just to find out my account was banned. Reached out to the EA Help page over a week ago and never heard back. The ban doesnt have any listed reason as to why its banned. Hello ea support , My problem is renewing the EA Play Pro subscription on a stolen account since October, and this is not my problem. I didn’t care because I wasn’t playing the game (ea fc 25) . My problem is with the money that was withdrawn from the credit card to renew the subscription. So I am demanding compensation, and I can provide you with any information required, whether in a bank message or anything else. Hi guys, I hope somebody can help as I have just spent an hour on the live chat with somebody who wasn’t acknowledging what I was saying & kept telling me to come here. I have just redeemed 4 keys for The Sims 3 expansions on EA Play. They all said ‘redeemed successfully’ and 2 of them installed fine. 2 of them however (into the future & island paradise), took me to the product pages and are showing as ‘purchase for £XX.XX’ and there is no trace of them in my purchase history. I waited the recommended half hour before seeking help & still no success. The agent in the live chat confirmed that they were redeemed using my account but was refusing to acknowledge that I don’t have access to them and we spent the last hour going around in circles. I even asked to raise a complaint several times to be told effectively ‘I am going to help you but I can’t promise that you’ll receive any contact, please check social media channels’. Sims 4 pack purchased on accident- could I get a return?
I accidentally purchased the Sims 4 Enchanted pack, but did not intend to. I have not downloaded it or played it and would like a refund, but I am being told through chat to come here to discuss the issue as they cannot get me to a supervisor for help. Any thoughts? When I open the ea app it pops up with a notification saying "Sign up for your teen account." So I click next and enter my email, then it says the email is already in use. It has a button to sign in so I click that and it takes me back to the same pop up with no way to sign into my original account. Any help would be great! Please and thank you. Should EA include other payment methods except Credit cards like Debit cards , UPI etc in India ????? want to play , but i dont use credit cards and whenever i proceed : it says try again later or contact support or use other payment method, whereas their isnt any ; only credit cards available. But previously about 2 years back whenever i use to proceed in buying from EA App i use to input my debit cards details in there and proceed further and it was accepted by EA but now it has been removed i guess . i thought of not buying from steam , epic or any third party app , came to EA App directly but now this is the situation ;/ Anyone of you agree with this please support19Views0likes0Comments
