Changing my email
I realized recently that i had used my old school email when i made this account years ago on xbox and now that i'm trying to change it i can't access the verification code to verify the email. I still have access to the account and can play due to it being linked to my xbox account which means i can log in on pc and play but i still cant change the email. When i try to contact EA support i either get hit with a bot that doesn't have a solution to this or with the page saying that this issue is not supported by advisors even when i listed it as an account update issue. I'm at a dead-end and don't know what to do.
Childerns Account - Can't add as friend - "Couldn't send request'
Can anyone help me please! My 10 year old is on his xbox with xbox live we bought him F1 25 with the idea of myself playing with him on my pc. He's playing it offline and online and I've tried to import him as a friend through me EA app and I get '' Couldn't send request '' I thought I would log into his account put his email in and then his password and I get '' Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.'' I reset his password and I get them same again I don't understand what's going off what am I missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? We bought the game to race against each other and to make a team together seems a waste of money now! We both had F1 24 on my game pass and thought we couldn't play 24 because of that both using my xbox game pass. So that's why I bought the game through his own xbox account thinking that would work but no! Any help please?Account Shows "Does Not Exist"

I thought I might have entered the wrong password, so I immediately tried to reset my password. However, when I attempted to recover my password by entering my registered email, phone number, or even my EA ID, the system consistently showed "Account does not exist". I can’t access it through the EA App, the official EA website, or any other EA platform—every attempt to log in or recover the password results in the same frustrating error message. This account is linked to my Steam account. When I tried to launch Apex Legends via Steam today, it showed that my EA account (the original one) is banned. This is confusing because I can’t even log into the EA platform to check the ban reason, appeal, or verify any details—since the account is "non-existent" on EA’s end. I have important in-game purchases and top-ups on this original account: I’ve made multiple in-game purchases for Apex Legends over time. All my game progress, skins, and top-up records are tied to this account, which I’ve been using for a long time, and losing access to it means losing everything I’ve invested. I had to register this new EA account just to post this求助 and communicate with support, because my original account is completely inaccessible. I’m really confused and frustrated—how can an account be banned on Steam but show "does not exist" on EA’s own platforms? Emails will not be sent to Apple’s private email relay addresses, effectively blocking users from accessing/editing their account details and potentially risking account lock out. For now, when creating a new account, it’s safer to choose another sign up option until EA fixes this. For context, EA currently supports Apple as an identity provider when signing up for an account for the first time. When signing up with Apple, users are given a choice to either share their real email or a private relay address tied to the service’s domain. When opting for the latter, it’s currently observed that emails will not be sent, preventing users from accessing any of their account details due to an identity verification code screen. In the worst case, one may be completely locked out of their account if EA were to ever require verification post account login similar to Battle.net. Looking into this problem more, it appears EA’’s has failed to satisfy Apple’s requirements. According to Apple’s documentation, the emails sent are required to be authenticated and the organization must register its outbound email domains. Otherwise, no emails will be sent to those addresses. Given what’s outlined in the documentation, it’s evident that EA has insufficiently tested the sign up with Apple feature and has failed to properly satisfy its requirements. Please fix this.

Serious Question for the EA cor-prates. Hello, my friend can't use nickname creating account, name free. I found similar name searching in ea app. He trying use Wigarovsky and got a message of using prohibited words. at the same time i found in ea app Wigar, Wigarista , Wigarend an etc. Can you help undestand what wrong?
