EA is issuing problem with loading took long time
Hello I want speak to EA Agent about my PS5 Pro with EAFC26 on FUT I was not happy with that because keep loading long time and keep failed all time nearly one month also I been report to my sky broadband and BT Openreach as well they are both say look fine no problem with line and broadband is fine and WIFI is fine everything is normal and good but they think EA is problem with my PS5 Pro that why I get fed up with EA I try find where EA chat on live I can’t find it them and I been restart ps5 and clean all in my ps5 like everydays made me so tried and fed up with that please can help me for adviseNot receiving 2FA codes via iCloud and tried everything
hi, i'm posting for help because my brother's account (which we share) is impossible to get into rn. he knows his password and everything, but the 2FA codes just aren't coming through to his email (its an icloud email if thats significant) that is connected to the ea account what we've already tried: checked spam/junk/promotions folders multiple times whitelisted and VIP'd EA@e.ea.com tried requesting new codes several times followed all the troubleshooting steps from other forum threads double-checked the email address is correct in account settings (can't fully access to change it in ea.com though due to 2FA) i've also seen youtube videos/reddit/facebook posts where people are having the exact same issue, so it seems like this is a broader problem. has anyone found a solution that actually works? he's also tried signing in with icloud by pressing the apple symbol when it prompts you to log in, and when we do that it then prompts us to "create an account" even though the account has already been linked to the email- when we follow through with the steps to "create the account" it then says that there is already an account linked with this email and then tries to send a 2fa code (which never comes through) would appreciate advice or if someone knows the best way to get actual EA support to help with this since the automated stuff isnt working thanks

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my username on EA services. I use the nickname “Brazkhor” consistently across all platforms, and it is an important part of my identity. However, EA does not allow me to use “Brazkhor” in this exact form. Interestingly, it accepts “BrAzkhor” when the letter “A” is capitalized, which makes no logical sense. My username does not contain any profanity, slang, insults, or inappropriate language. This creates inconsistency and negatively affects my user identity across platforms. I would like to understand: Why is “Brazkhor” not allowed? Why is the same name accepted with a minor capitalization change? Is there any way to make “Brazkhor” available for use? I am facing an "Invalid License" error across multiple EA games including A Way Out and Friends Pass. I have already tried: Reinstalling EA App and games Clearing cache and deleting license files Relinking Steam account Running SFC and DISM system repairs Resetting network (DNS, Winsock) Non-EA Steam games work fine. The issue affects multiple EA titles, confirming this is not a system issue but an EA account license validation problem. EA support marked my case as "No Fix Available", and advisors cannot assist further.
