deleting my old account(is it possible)
Hello, guys! I have a problem with my old ea account. My old email which is from MAIL.BG isn't working and now ea wants a verification from this email, but i cannot enter i tried to write to the support but it could't help me. So how can i delete my old account and link my new account so i can start playing FC 2026 ultimate team? i am playing on ps5
Time Played Rest to Zero since the Update
Since the recent update, my playtime hours have been reset to 0. I had my game offline and not set to update automatically, but the EA App kept forcing the issue, which I kept rejecting. Then, on Thursday, I updated my game. It did not recognise all the packs I had, and I had to re-download them. I cleared the EA App cache and re-downloaded all the DLC's. From there, I noticed that my played hours had been reset. I thought it might need 'time' to register the hours from my profile, so I continued to play, hoping this would be rectified. To date, this has not happened. I went from over 18000 hours to 5 hours (which is the time I was streaming The Sims 4) and as of today, 24 hours played only. I'm attaching screenshots of my hours in February 2026 (I don't normally take a screenshot - didn't know how important that was going to be!), but I found one from the 27th of February 2026 showing that I had 17005 hrs and 26 minutes played. I want my hours back, please. How do I do this? It cannot be possible that this happens!Something Went Wrong… (Error Message)
“To continue linking your EA account to PlayStation Network, head back to PlayStation Network and start over” .. Has Anyone else came across the message and how do I go around it? We followed all the steps keep getting this message to appear when selecting “Link Accounts” If anybody can reach out I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
Missing Game In Library
I had purchased Fifa 16 back in 2016 on Origin, but now in my EA app, I don't see the game. I have all the other games I had purchased before EA app replaced Origin, but Fifa 16 is missing. I've contacted EA support several times and I have tried all the steps they suggested such as clearing cache, restarting the app, checking hidden games folder, logging out and in, but still no success. Any suggestion would be great!
Steam recovered, wrong EA account still linked
Hey everyone, I'm honestly posting here because I don't know what else to do. A few years ago, my Steam account got hacked while I wasn't really playing games anymore. During that time, whoever had access to my Steam account linked their own EA account to it. I eventually recovered my Steam account through Steam Support, so I'm 100% the rightful owner again. The problem is that my Steam account is still linked to the hacker's EA account, and because of that I can't link my own EA account. I've been going back and forth with EA Support for over a week now, and it feels like I'm just getting the same copy-paste replies. First they told me to contact Steam so they could confirm I was the owner of the Steam account. I did that, got the confirmation from Steam, sent everything to EA... and nothing happened. Then they told me to wait because they couldn't make any changes at the moment. So I waited two weeks, contacted them again, and... same answer. Today I'm still being told to wait because they "can't make changes to an EA account that isn't mine." The thing is... I'm not asking for access to that EA account. I don't care about it. I just want the unauthorized link between my Steam account and the hacker's EA account to be removed so I can finally link my own EA account. To make things even stranger, I installed FC 26 Showcase yesterday and when it tried to connect through Steam, EA's servers were apparently unavailable. It made me wonder if the EA account linked to my Steam has been banned or even deleted. Has anyone actually managed to solve a situation like this? Is there another department I should contact, or am I just stuck getting the same automated replies forever? A popup appeared when I opened CFB 27 asking me to link my EA account. I accepted and did not realize this was the wrong account. I am now being told I am locked out of my account for 6 months. How is it acceptable to keep purchased content from me for 6 months due to an accidental sign in? I am not the first person with this issue and EA should really do something to fix this. Support won’t even help. 15+ year customer that will never play another EA game again if this is not corrected.
