Dont have access to my previous email
i deleted my old email address that is linked to my steam account and there is no way of recovering it, i know my EA email address and password but as i dont log in very often it wants to send a verification email which i cant get as i have deleted the email address. i tried speaking to an agent but cant asnwer enough questions as i dont play EA games very often. the AI chat is beyond useless and i now cant speak to another agent as it always says i need to restart the chat and goes through the same loop. I just want to unlink the old account from steam so i can create a new account so i can play EA games on steam againDont have access to my previous email

Hi, I didn't realize that my EA account is connected to two different emails. When I login using both different emails it brings me to the same account with the same EA ID but just has two different email address. Is there a way to merge the accounts so that I only have one email connected to my EA account ? I don't want to have to swap emails every time when trying to play different games... I had this strange thing for my ea account. Hi everyone, I was wondering if others have had a similar issue where your PlayStation account was tied to an unknown EA account. Sometimes when I log into a game like Battlefield, it shows if I want to confirm the connection between my PlayStation account and an EA account with an e-mail (which is not mine) ending on: @qq.com. Please let me know what this issue is and how I can resolve it!

We have no connection or relationship with these EA accounts, yet they appear to be associated with our gaming accounts. When we contact EA Live Support about the issue, we encounter another problem. Support representatives ask us to verify the EA accounts that we have explicitly stated are not ours. Naturally, it is impossible for us to provide information or verification details for an EA account that we have never owned or used. What makes the situation even more difficult is that, even when we provide information demonstrating that the gaming account belongs to us, this information may not be accepted as sufficient. Instead, the support process continues to focus on verifying the unknown EA account. This effectively makes it impossible for affected users to resolve the issue through the normal support process. I believe this could potentially be a system-related issue or a problem with account linking. However, we do not know the actual cause at this point, so I think it would be useful for everyone experiencing the same situation to share their experiences in this thread.
