Cannot Connect Xbox to EA Account

I just recently got a PC and just want to play my EA games here. Everything I have is on my xbox account. My Xbox account used to have a very very old email connected to it before I changed it recently on Microsoft. When trying to connect my Xbox account to my EA on my PC, it is still using the old email address. This email address is completely obselete. There is absolutely no way for me to recieve emails, log into it, try and recover it. The company was shut down and email addresses are gone forever. I cannot figure out for the life of my how I can just change my email on my original account. I am unable to recieve the verification code needed to log into it. I just need help resetting my original email address that EA still thinks is associated with my Xbox account. Please help me.
