random mission starts while skating
I repeatedly got stuck in a side mission thing, unable to leave, move, do pretty much anything until the required amount of people join . Basically a soft lock. you have to wait for people to join, or shut down the entire game and restart. and if you wait for the people to join and leave, when you get out, you spawn away from where you came from, and your session marker gets overridden. make it so we can choose to make the timer longer maybe? or like, a multiple button combo to start them perhaps?Make the game inspire me to buy microtransactions.
Hi, avid video game spender here. I just wanted to say that your only means of making money on this game hasn’t reeled me into paying for it yet. For years I spent hundreds of dollars on in game currencies and I just don’t see anything worth buying in this game. Most of the content I can buy is accessible in Skate 3 for free. So when I feel like playing as meat man or Isaac I can just go back. Whoever is pitching new content needs to step their game up if you want to make money. I looked at my "managed" items in the sims 4, and I saw this "Available on Windows". I have an Apple, and I have / had all of these packs. Does that mean that even though I own them (bought them) and saw that they were available for an Apple computer, that I don't have these, I don't own these. It's weird because I have all of the worlds, I have all of the stuff packs, even the new one that was released. So, do I have these on my computer or not?My family tree keeps breaking
I've been dealing with this issue for months and I'm just finally at my breaking point with it. I am on the verge of tears (silly, I know, but... ugh, I just can't take it anymore). My Sim is married to Alexander Goth. They have 3 children together; one adult daughter who doesn't live with them anymore and 2 teens (a pair of boy/girl twins). They also have 4 grandchildren through their adult daughter. For whatever reason, my family tree keeps breaking every time I go into CAS. The family tree shows my Sim and her husband are still married but somehow, also siblings. They are definitely not siblings; I don't play that kind of stuff. They've never been step-siblings or adopted siblings, either. They are not related through blood or adoption at all but the game keeps thinking they are both siblings and spouses. This messes up a lot of the rest of the tree, too. The family tree will incorrectly assign either Bella or Mortimer or both as my Sim's parents and Alexander's sisters as my Sim's sisters, too. Both my Sim and Alexander keep forgetting they have an adult daughter, too. The teenage twins stay on the tree but their older sister constantly disappears from the tree. I've used MCCC to completely undo ALL the family ties between everyone and reapply them with MCCC so many times but it never sticks for long. I've gone so far as to move everyone over to a new save and delete problematic Sims from the game and replace them with a clone. These problems still persist. I do play with mods usually and I know the first course of action should be to test without mods but I'm not sure how to do that in this particular case; it's not possible to fix family ties to this extent without using mods (at least MCCC). Is there any way to fix this problem for good? I've been playing this save for 5+ years and it would crush me to never be able to fix it (most of my Sims are immortal and/or occults so I only have 4 generations; it's not one of those 50+ generation legacies).SKATE. Have played for a full 24 hours now and its the smoothest skate game ive ever seen or played i have noticed some things though. •the crash crosshair stays on sometimes in stunt events after you exit(will continue to be there in other events). I cannot find a cause for this. •feels like you cant do big tricks without going into spread eagle. It would be hated probably cuz it would lower the skill gap but i think it would be good to add sum sort of character rigidity/gravity tolerance for ppl that wanna sesh big spots. Some spots can legit feel impossible to land in a legit way(again the whole point is for big tricks to be hard but maybe a little bit of customizations of all the player settings would be nice. Works perfectly besides that. •better items to collect. The box items suck and we all know it. We can do better y'all. A further iteration of this using the same currency I'm sure is in the works but please make sum things cool. Like come on a skeleton outfit was the coolest thing we got. Hopefully more stuff down the road???. • more tiers above pro(semi pro,amateur). There 100% should be an ULTRA or XTREME modes for challenges/events. More xp more currency for those who are willing. • more passive XP from just playing free-roam. Tricks and slams should count for xp and lines should boost that it would make for a slower but fun method for those that dont wanna do challenges all day(i know this is hard bc exploits but if it could be done it would be perfection. Like thousands of others, I have incredibly fond memories of building families, growing villages, and watching generations flourish. From my understanding, after trial an error of trying to get a consistent workaround for the Co-op goals not counting for more than 1 player, the issue lies with the fact that whoever tricked on the spot first tricks again soon after. Example of Issue: Let’s say there’s two people in a party completing a session challenge. Player 1 tricks on the spot, and it counts for the Co-op goal like it should, but Player 2 hasn’t had a chance to trick yet. Instead, Player 1 tricks again, this immediately bugs the Co-op goal, causing Player 2’s tricks to not count. Workaround: From what I’ve seen, the only workaround for this bug is for Player 1 (the person who tricks first) to immediately stop after tricking on the spot. This gives a chance for Player 2 to trick on the spot, allowing both players’ tricks to count. This also seems to be the case with all the other challenges. Example: Line challenges. Let’s say Player 1 completes the line, but Player 2 hasn’t been able to, so Player 1 decides to complete the line again. This causes the Co-op goal to bug out as well, making Player 2’s completion of the line not count for the goal. Attached Video Below👇 with an example of the challenge goal bugging out after I tricked twice before my friend, him having to restart, and then the workaround of me waiting the second time.
