GTW Doctor Bugs
I recently got the Get to Work expansion pack, and I started the doctor career track. Everything was going alright at first, but then I noticed a bug where I couldn't deliver food to patients. I made food in the cafeteria first, in case that was the issue, but it just didn't seem to work no matter what. The icon to do it when I click it goes on the queue, but when it's time to go into active, it just stays in the queue, and my sim just kind of stands there doing nothing for 30 seconds, and then it just disappears. While this was annoying at first I thought it would still be something I could work around until I realized I got promoted to the next position and to get promoted again I needed to treat patients, but to do that I had to give them an innoculation but whenever I went to do that the same thing happened as when I tried to deliver food to them making the entire doctor career of the expansion pack unplayable. Is there any way to fix this? I should mention I have several other expansion packs installed, as well as game packs. I don't know if something is clashing with those. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Request to Bring Back the Beloved Game “Village Life”

As you have acquired Playdemic, the original developer of the game, we believe you now hold the legacy of this beloved title. Like thousands of others, I have incredibly fond memories of building families, growing villages, and watching generations flourish. Village Life stood out with its emotional depth, peaceful gameplay, and unique generational system—something we haven’t quite found in other games since. Even years after its removal, the community remains active—sharing screenshots, nostalgic memories, and hoping for its return. There are countless social media groups and forum threads filled with people who would wholeheartedly support a remaster or revival of the game. We understand that re-releasing a retired title is a major decision. However, the demand is real and the love for this game has only grown stronger with time. Whether it's a refreshed mobile version, a limited-time release, or even a spiritual successor, we’d be thrilled to see Village Life live on in some form. Saves folder vs Tray folder
I've been having issues with my game not loading into lots/being unable to save. I was looking at my save files while trying to trouble shoot this and realized there are a lot of HHI, Household binary, BPI, and blueprint files. The question I have is are those supposed to be there, or in the tray folder? I'm not super familiar with the difference between any of these.
Expanded Mermaids Mod Issue
So I’ve been trying to install the Expanded Mermaids mod by SpinningPlumbobs for my partner (and will be trying for myself when I’m home in about a week) though it persistently is giving an error through the MC Command Center mod and the mod doesn’t work at all if you continue to play the game normally. There is also an error from the Better Exceptions mod (another error detection mod) that seems to target a specific file(?) from the Expanded Mermaids mod but I’m unsure what it is or what it does. Recent comments would suggest no one else is having this issue and I’ve tried to follow the installation instructions as closely as possible so I have no idea what the problem is. SpinningPlumbobs Plantsims mod works perfectly fine and carries a similar format to the mermaids mod. Any modders or troubleshooters have any ideas on how to solve this issue? I’ve already went through the mods and determined it is in fact solely the Expanded Mermaids mod that is causing problems.
