Sims 4 veterinarians are stuck during gameplay
Lately while playing my sims 4 game pack Get To Work, my veterinarians get stuck during gameplay. They literally freeze in place while playing during the entire shift. I’ve reset my sims and the vet stations and nothing seems to work. While they’re in the stuck mode, sometimes their arms stretch out but still, they do not move and won’t move until i leave the lot. This happens every time i play as a veterinarian, either my sims get stuck or an employee gets stuck. I play with console so I do not use mods. Is anyone else experiencing this issue??Baby change tables
My sim won’t use the baby change table (any of them) she just puts the infant back on the ground. Will sometimes come up with saying it’s blocked but it isn’t. I’ve tried it everywhere and it still says its blocked (I took everything out of the room and wouldn’t work still. Then moved it even outside and it wouldn’t work). I have no mods/CC on at all, Ive also reset the sims and the items along with restarting the game. I feel like I’ve tried everything I can think ofSim leaving job/work when another sim travels
Ever since the big update before the expansion pack was released, every time one of my Sims enters a rabbit hole career and another Sim in the household travels or goes to an active career lot, it causes all Sims to leave work or school and return home. I was hoping the latest patch would fix it, but it hasn’t. Any ideas on how to resolve this?children losing skills???
my children sims are losing their natural living skill randomly? I took my sims on a vacation to all practice their natural living skill, and then the two kids lost what they previously had build before the trip while all the adults kept their natural living skill. The kids aren't aging up or anything either so i am not sure what the issue is.Items from the 'bb.showliveeditobjects' cheat are not appearing in Live Mode.
Hi all! I am experiencing an issue with placing certain objects to residential lots and it's a little disappointing. To be clear, this isn't regarding custom objects/content or mods. These are items from the actual game packs. I put in all the necessary cheats; 'bb.showhiddenobjects' and 'bb.showliveeditobjects'. All the cool hidden objects will show up in the catalogue in buy mode, I can place them down but some items that I do place will NOT show up in Live Mode. Literally as soon as I click Live Mode, they just disappear. To be specific, I am referring to some objects from the Cottage Living pack. This pack has some really cute mushrooms that are just so pretty and I really want to add them to the landscaping on my sim's property in build mode. I can place them down but like I said, when I then go into Live Mode, they're just gone. This doesn't happen with all the objects. Just a few specifically. I really don't know why but all I can think of is, perhaps you can only have those specific objects show up in community lots?? Actually, if I do remember correctly, I think they did appear on the community lots but not the residential lots. It sucks because they're just too cool to not have them on my sim's property. I did try searching this on Google but all the search results are only coming up with answers referring to custom content and this just isn't what I'm talking about. Does anyone know why? I’ve been playing skate and so far its been good i’m really enjoying it but i just ran into something really frustrating, i have to complete challenges goals just to unlock another tutorial mission, it doesn’t really make any sense to me is there a way to make this faster because i don’t really know any other way considering i already completed the challenges goals3Views0likes0CommentsNature's Calling Event progress same on different platforms? Glitch or Normal?
I have Sims 4 on 2 different platforms: PC & Xbox. On PC I have many packs and on Xbox, few. I played through the Nature's Calling Event only in my PC version, with characters I made specially for the Event. On that version, I found out the hard way, at the very end, that, although the rules state that "optional" quests don't count toward points totals to finish the Event, that is not true if one of the "optional" quests is from a pack you own. In my case, I had just adopted a dog before the quest asked me to do so, and I didn't want to adopt another. I own Cats & Dogs (clearly), BUT the quest said "optional," so I ignored it. However, at the very end of the Event, I ended up 10 points short of being able to claim the last reward item, with no more quests available to earn any more points. 10 points was exactly the amount I would have earned on the "optional" quest I ignored. Having now understood this, I tried to go onto my Xbox account to do the Event with a character I had made for the Reaper Event previously, because she had full Gardening and high Handiness skills and could get through the Event in these last few days quickly. But, when I clicked on the Nature's Calling Event overlay, it showed the exact same progression that my PC character had gone through: Finished Event with last reward item unattainable. How is this possible, with 2 separate platforms? I DO have my accounts linked on EA so they know that both belong to me as same person, but, if packs don't link on 2 platforms, why are Events? I don't want to unlink them, but I do want to know if this is normal or a glitch? Every once in a while I see on the EA forums or Reddit there is a Trait Combinations thread. May it be what is your favourite, what is the most chaotic and what is the best. But most of the times I see one of a few things end up being the conclusion, 1: is that traits play no real part or no real difference in the game, 2: people choose randomized and stick with it, or 3: they opt out of the most detested traits. As I have only been playing Sims 4 since L&D aka earlier this year, I haven't really had a chance to have these conversations and I just look up old zombie threads most of which do not have much on the new traits. So I propose a small community collaboration project reporting findings on certain trait combinations with or without Lifestyle or item/object support. Anyone can report findings!
