sims 4 game loads but nothing in game works...
Its been a while since I have played the game but when I logged into steam it said game needed and update.. so I updated it and started the game. I get INTO the game where I see all the characters.. but no matter what I do.. NOTHING in the games works. When I select a character and go to click on any place to get them to move.. NOTHING happens.. they just move all on their own. I have no ability to click on anything in the game. Its like its all frozen.. but the characters and everything are moving fine.. what gives?? anyone else having issues??I bought a SIMS 4 expansion pack that never worked and EA will not refund me.
This has been an absolute nightmare trying to get MY money back from these people. I bought TWO that didn't work but they only refunded me for ONE (although neither worked) Fast forward to a month and a half later, I've jumped through every dumb hoop, had to open FIVE cases which they keep closing at random, and they still have my money. This is all after being TOLD I would definitely receive that refund. They will LIE, and DODGE, and REROUTE, and RUN YOU TO DEATH, all while keeping your money. Someone, please please help me get my money back.34Views0likes3CommentsPatch March 17 (Patch Notes Now Available)

Now I'm curious, will the Kit's price be higher when bought with Moola on Marketplace? I saw a lot of people saying they want to buy the kits before the Marketplace launch. One of the reasons is that they don't want to support this kind of selling system. But some also said that the exchange rate is not okay either (not sure about this, I may misunderstand). When it was TS3's store, I bought many points in the early days. It's quite expensive, that make me feel guilty about buying too much. However, after a few months, I can farm the points by watching many ads and do not need to spend anymore, then I complete all possible items except the worlds (not included in the discount combination). But what will TS4's Marketplace be? Will it have any chance to get free Moola in the future? But right now, from the FAQ, no sign of getting free Moola. You have to buy it with real money. ---- I'm unsure what I should do. I have a wishlist of Kits I want to gradually buy because I don't want to spend over my quota for each period of time. Having 3 EPs per year recently has made me broke already. And I don't even have time to play them deeply. Now, the decision of moving Kits from the normal store is like another FOMO that pressures me. So, should I buy what I want right now for a better price? Or is it not much different to buy it under the Marketplace ecosystem?St. Paddy's Day Challenge Goals Bugged
"Complete Challenge Goals" didn't track in the task list for one of the challenges but all challenges are showing as completed on the map. Repeating the challenges doesn't give you any further progress so it is impossible for me to complete the St. Paddy's Day event.more transparency on shop prizes
I really wish there was more transparency on how shop prices are actually determined. I can understand why something like a pro deck would be valued higher — that makes sense. But when it’s priced three times higher than a regular premium deck and the only real difference is the design, it starts to feel off. In general, a lot of shop items just don’t feel like they’re priced based on what you’re actually getting. It almost feels like you’re paying for things behind the scenes rather than the item itself — like covering someone’s lunch break instead of buying a deck. That disconnect makes it harder to justify spending at all.
