As the title suggests, I've been trying to collect the rewards since Week 3 was released a couple of hours ago. However, the problem is that the game thinks I'm offline, even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi and the EA App is functioning correctly. I'm unsure of what to do at the moment.
I've tried almost everything I could think of to get it back online again, so I didn't see that message. Repaired the game, turned off the computer, turned it back on again, and shut off the Wi-fi. But nothing is working.
Please, I need help. I don't know what to do.
Community ManagerFrom the main menu of The Sims, head into Game Options-> Other and ensure you have Online Social Features Access enabled there.
They are enabled, and the Game still thinks I'm offline
So, yeah, still don't know what to do unfortunately
I'll wait until the emergency patch tomorrow to see if the problem is fixed, though.
I've also gone through almost all the troubleshooting steps, and it still indicates that I'm offline. So yeah, still don't know what to do.
