My account has been banned. Can you help me?

I didn't know that downloading an APK from Google could result in being banned. Please understand my ignorance, sir. Once again, I apologize profusely.

    Hi 8vq3i2f6tv9n​,

    Thanks for reaching out! At the moment you're posting on the community boards, and we aren't able to help with bans here.

    Our Terms of Service team can take a look into a ban or suspension for you. If you believe there was some sort of mix-up in the application of that ban, send an appeal, and it'll reach them. This guide will help you learn how to reach out to them and includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal to it.
