UI disappears during arena Leia versus LV
During the arena with Leia versus an LV team, as enemies are defeated. The UI dissappears sometimes its someone on Leias team, sometimes the next turn is someone on LV. I think its Leia's turn. The game also doesn't progress when the timer has completed. See second attached image. Expected Game continues turn order. UI elements display and are interactive. This occurs in manual play and also auto play.
Issue in Grand Arena – Enemies Cannot Be Defeated
Hello, I am experiencing a problem during a Grand Arena battle in *Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes*. It seems impossible to defeat the enemy characters. Their health points drop to the minimum but remain stuck there, and they do not get eliminated even after multiple attacks. Because of this, the battle cannot progress normally. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. Could you please look into this problem? Thank you for your help.
No reward for Coliseum!!! Missing Reward!!
Hi, so I accidentally lost all my reward when I got to battle before claiming reward. And it's completely missing!! The reward should be able to receive, not completely disappeared! and it better be sent in inbox! Could you please send my missing rewards back in my account please. This is outrageous! Please help! General Syndulla unique incorrectly persisting through death
General Syndulla's "Unauthorized Mission" unique has a clause in it where whenever enemy units have their Turn Meter manipulated, a random Spectre Ally gains Defence and Tenacity Up for 1 turn. This is managed in the code as shown below by the below: uniqueability_generalsyndulla01_enemy_tm_gain_handler_handler https://swgoh.gg/units/GENERALSYNDULLA/ability/uniqueability_generalsyndulla01/8/ This handler is NOT dispelled upon death unlike the rest of the aspects of her unique. TM handler refers to the when enemy buff dispelled gain 15% TM, not the TM manipulation buffs one. You can see in the above footage that Ahsoka has tenacity up from the TM manipulation on the Great Mothers team. This means that Ahsoka repeatedly gains buffs that are then dispelled giving her Mastery which can lead to a timeout situation for the Great Mothers counter. As such, this should be fixed and then Ahsoka's strength as a Galactic Legend should be re-evaluated.
STOP MARKING GLAT AS FIXED WHEN IT IS NOT!!!
I have written bug reports and reported this issue multiple times! I have done the troubleshooting steps multiple times. I have cleared cache and data and reinstalled and logged back in and done everything conceivable to try and fix this problem. This is an issue with the game itself! It happens 100% of the time when I use GLATs ult! Why is it being ignored? This has cost me TB and TW and GAC and Conquest battles! I am afraid to ever use her ult or go into a battle against her because it is guaranteed to soft lock my game 100% of the time it gets used. Every time I see an update and someone from CG has marked it as fixed I try using it again, only for me to lose whatever battle I was winning thanks to this bug that is NOT fixed! I am sick and tired of this happening all the time! I wish I never farmed her because she is a worthless useless GL that does not have a working ult!
