Screen freeze
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I’m trying to upgrade services or upgrade roads, my screen keeps doing this (see pic) and locking up I close out of the game go back in it in a few minutes later it does it again. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and it’s still doing it. Anybody else having this problem?Game crashing when trying to update services or fix roads 😫
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue? I’ve updated my iPad to the latest version and still have plenty of storage space. Tried restarting too but nothing seems to work. Everything else runs fine except fixing roads and services in main city. Send help bc they’re all mad at me and leaving 😭Frequent crashes with capital city services menu
When accessing service menu… choosing items in stock, or applying roadways or fixing roadways, the screen freezes in black background with some elements and is not responsive. This since latest update… tried deleting and reinstalling to iPad twice and nothing changed… oddly problem does not occur on other cities….. WTF?CoM challenges missing
For the last 3 weeks there have been no challenges for Toy shop, Country store, Bureau of Restoration, Sports shop and Dessert shop. Previously the challenges were for the ridiculous amount of 17 items, but now there are none. This has a knock on effect to items not being for sale in Global trade as other upgrades require them
Looking for an update - Freezing since Services 2.0
I’m looking to see if anyone has an update or fix for the skipping or freezing issue with my game? I know the designers will not answer this. I have an Apple phone. Since the start of the new Services 2.0 season(10 days now), the game constantly skips or freezes. It is definitely decreasing my play time, and I started playing other games and looking for another City builder games. I’ve invested over 2 years and lots of money on this game. But my enjoyment level has decreased significantly with all these updates and money making changes. For instance, just the change of 3 weeks per season versus 4 and increasing the Mayor’s contest premium from $7.99 to $8.99 will increase their money intake $50 a person per year for all who are longtime players. One or the other would have been an increase in revenue, but both just makes it a little more unbearable.I'm not getting a daily bonus rewards.
I'm not an English speaker, so please understand that I'm using a translator. It says I can't find any linked gaming accounts in recent days, even though I'm linking my Facebook and Apple accounts in the game. I don't get any daily bonus rewards. It used to work, but I don't know why it's suddenly like this.
