Electricity bug – no power even though everything is connected
Hi everyone, I’m having a serious problem with electricity in my city. Even though I have several power plants (wind turbines and others) and all my roads are perfectly connected, every residential zone shows the red lightning bolt, as if there was no power at all. I already tried everything: Rebuilt and replaced the roads Moved and rebuilt my power plants Grouped all power plants together Upgraded the wind turbines Closed and reopened the game Restarted my device But nothing works, the electricity graph shows I have enough capacity, yet my citizens keep complaining about no power. It’s like the game doesn’t recognize my power plants anymore. Is this a known bug? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help!1.6KViews4likes18CommentsServices 2.0 is no surprised flawed
EA_Lanna Can you explain why people are having trouble when as stated is the services 2.0 announcement “During the rollout, any negative effects from service coverage—like abandoned buildings or unhappy citizens—will be temporarily paused, so you can explore Services 2.0 without worry.”70Views4likes1CommentElectricity glitch
Today I faced a problem when I just started to build a new city. Suddenly red power symbols, tap symbols started appearing even though the supply or the capacity was almost double the demand. It has reduced my city's population by 50 percent and the happiness index went from 100 to 55. Idk if it is a glitch or something else. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT PLEASE TELL ME🙏🏻😭😭😭460Views7likes9CommentsMajor Service Bug After Latest Update to 1.72.0 at December 4, 2025
I’m experiencing a serious technical issue in SimCity BuildIt that started after the latest app update to 1.72.0 and I haven’t seen it discussed here yet. What’s happening: Water and Sewage show missing coverage and warning icons in the city overview despite large overcapacity. New buildings placed after the bug occurred have no service issues. When I move an affected building to another fully serviced area, the service problem moves with the building. This strongly suggests the problem is building-level service state corruption introduced by the update, not insufficient coverage, road issues, or upgrades. Affected buildings continue to show incorrect service requirements even when all service infrastructure is present and sufficient. I have reported this to EA Support and provided them with detailed technical information, but have not yet received a meaningful escalation or technician investigation. The issue has been ongoing for more than 10 days and has blocked normal gameplay.46Views1like0CommentsMajor Service Bug After Latest Update – Services Broken

If you’ve managed a workaround or received any official response from EA about a technical fix, that information would be extremely valuable. Thank you.36Views1like1CommentAll service bars red
Hello, After the latest SimCity BuildIt update (November 2025), my city shows “Sims are reporting degraded service!” even though I have large surpluses of power, water, sewage and waste management. All service bars show red (!) and my happiness and population dropped drastically. The issue appears on all my devices (iOS), and I’m logged in via an EA account. I already tried restarting, logging out/in, and reinstalling the app — nothing helps. It looks like a bug introduced in the newest version. Please fix or let me know if there’s a workaround. Thank you!135Views0likes2Commentsfresh water bug
I built a water supply network. In the fresh water heatmap, it shows that no house needs more water and that the overall capacity is higher than the demand. Nevertheless, in the normal game view, some houses think they are not connected to the fresh water network and display a thought bubble with a red water tap. I don’t understand why this is happening.35Views0likes1CommentKicked out of the club in the middle of the war.
This happened to me a few years ago as well. I was in a level 7 club. I was kicked out of the club then in the middle of the war. Wrote to customer service. They said they would look into it but there was no reply after that. Since then good clubs were not being shown. My designs were not getting even a single vote, clubs were not show even if I search them by their code. So I stopped playing. Started playing again after some years a few days ago Finally found a good active club, level 5. Had started my second war today. Again got kicked out of the club. Had scored 20k.38Views1like0Comments
