I can no longer update game on my Nexus Tablet
For years I have played this game on my Nexus tablet. When an update was attempted, the Play store said my device was not compatible without any specific reason. I have plenty of storage and my OS is 6.xx which are both beyond what is mentioned in the 'mobile requirements'. Tech support is clueless. Does anyone know how to find a real reason a long running device is no longer compatible?
One part of the map is permanently bugged
So last week I was moving some buildings to re-organize things a bit, and I stumbled upon an inconsistent game state that I initially thought it would be temporary and restarting the game would solve it. Days have passed and I'm stuck with a buggy part in my map that I can't solve. Waste water: a whole bunch of the map is not connected, leaving all the buildings without service. Fire department, police, health: a lot of places in the buggy side of the map randomly fails on some buildings. I lost thousands of sims because from support they told me "try to destroying the bugged buildings", that's when I realize that it was not the buildings, that part of the map was left buggy permantently. There is one square in the map that fails ridiculously, If I get to solve the police issue, then health issue aries, if I solve health, police fail come back and so on, I'm starting to feel that I might just forget about that part of the map, but its kinda nasty bug that never seen before and its really frustrating, my city was fine, I was trying just to polish some things I ended up in this mad situation:
Mayor's pass error after restoring town

Выполнение заданий вызывает анимацию получения очков, прокачивает "общий" уровень, дающий платиновые ключи, но совершенно не засчитывается в прогресс Mayor's Pass. I downloaded Simcity Buildit on Android and progressed a bit (110,000 residents), including completing the Mayor's Pass many levels, before I remembered that my old save was saved using Facebook. I logged into Facebook and selected my old city with 300,000 residents. And everything was fine, but now my Mayor's Pass is broken. I can't get a single Mayor's Pass level, and the tasks started with progress from a city with 110,000 residents. Completing the tasks triggers the animation of getting points, pumps up the "general" level, giving platinum keys, but does not count towards the Mayor's Pass progress at all. I have already managed to complete several tasks in the newly loaded city, but I still have zero Mayor's Pass progress
Icons/text too large on new phone
I recently purchased an iPhone 16 and when I started the game on the new phone, all icons and text balloons were way too large. When I try to type text for chat, the text size is so large that it comes out of the chat box. So the new phone isn’t giving me much joy. I read that the game performs a check of phone speed at startup, I restarted the phone multiple times to trigger this check, without any success. Any tips?
