1- After the match ends, I automatically enter the match to play again, but after finding a match, it stays on a black screen and kicks me out of the match. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue when trying to launch "They Are Billions" through the EA App. Each time I click "Play", I get this error: "The game could not be launched due to an error on our end." I originally purchased the game on Origin, and it is correctly listed in both: My EA App library My purchase history However, since the migration from Origin to EA App, the game no longer launches. Here's what I’ve tried: Cleared EA App cache Reinstalled the game Launched the .exe directly as administrator Checked permissions and install path Verified firewall/antivirus settings Fully uninstalled and reinstalled EA App (including deleting all EA-related folders from AppData and ProgramData) Made sure I'm logged into the correct EA account None of these resolved the issue. Support problem: I attempted to open a support case, and one was created. However: When I click on “Resume Case”, it just redirects me to troubleshooting articles I’m unable to upload files, continue the conversation, or reach a support agent The ticket seems stuck, and I’ve been warned it will close automatically unless I take action — which I can’t Could this be a licensing issue caused by the Origin → EA App migration? I would appreciate any assistance, or for this case to be escalated to someone who can manually verify the license on my account. Hello I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my Sims 4 game that I believe may be caused by a bug. The game consistently freezes and crashes during gameplay. My Sims will sometimes be unable to enter their homes and remain stuck outside. When in Build Mode, especially while placing lots, the game slows down drastically, freezes or loads the lot incorrectly, houses will often appear disheveled or partially unloaded. Game cannot shut down properly, so I must always do a force shut down or "End Task" Initially I assumed the problem was related to outdated custom content or mods. I spent over a month testing using the 50 50 method and eventually narrowed it down to just one mod. However, even with all mods and CC removed the game continued to crash. Here's what I’ve already tried Cleared all cache files Repaired the game twice via the EA app Created a completely new Sims 4 folder and started a fresh save as suggested by Discord support Despite all these steps, the game continues to crash and freeze. These issues have been occurring for several months now, and I’ve exhausted all troubleshooting steps I’m aware of. I strongly suspect there may be a bug or deeper issue within the game itself. I live in a state with no sales tax, when attempting to purchase EA Play Pro, the EA app is trying to charge me $1.19 in sales tax when using the funds in my EA wallet, if i use my credit card with the zip code of my residence it does not charge them as should be correct.[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary
Hi everyone, This thread has been created to gather data from players who report the absence of previously owned or recently bought Games/DLCs in their EA app Library starting from January/February 2024 (or before). If you are experiencing this issue, please ensure the following: Verify that you are logging into the EA app with the correct EA account - the one that contains your games. After manually checking some of your reports (which we don't typically do via forums), we've noticed several instances of players reporting this problem with empty EA accounts. As such, please respond to this thread using your primary EA account (the one you believe your games are registered to). Check your Order History - Try to locate your games, if purchased through our EA.com website or the EA app (formerly Origin), on your Order History page (access it here). If you sign into your EA account on the Order History page, apply filters for All Status and All Timeframes, and still see nothing, you may be using the incorrect EA account. Do or did you have EA Play? - If you had EA Play and claimed games that are now missing or returning a "You don't have access" error, ensure that your EA Play subscription is active. Note that this error can also occur in the EA app if you are attempting to launch an EA game via Steam or Epic while logged into the EA app with the incorrect account (one not linked to your Steam or Epic persona). If you've checked all of the above and still can't see your EA games in the EA app, consider performing an EA app Recovery (clear cache) to see if that resolves the issue. WHAT IS GOING ON EA?? I can't open my Sims game at all because of this error. NO ONE has an answer for me as to how to fix this. I have no mods on my Sims 4 game and when the game launches and I press resume game, it crashes and I get this alert. I have uninstalled EA app, cleared cache, opened it as an admin, turned off wifi to sign on offline, made sure it's excluded on security, turned off background EA from task manager. NOTHING IS WORKING. It was working just fine yesterday and then when I logged in last night, it suddenly crashed.How to delete a game that was forced into my account library.
So I logged in today to my EA APP account and found that the game Apex was in my account when I absolute hate the game. It's fine if you like it but i don't. I wanna know how to delete it from my account. I never asked for this in my account. I don't enjoy it bad hate to see it just sitting there in my account.
