EA Help Live Chat Don’t See
I contacted the live support representative from the help page a few hours ago. However, when I want to connect to live support, I can no longer see the live support button. Only articles appear. However, when I log out of my account, that is, when I click on the same problem without logging into any account, I see the live support button. So when I log in to my account, the live support button disappears. Did an error occur in my account because I connected to live support a few hours ago? Could there be a restriction? Could there be a rule that you can connect once a day?
EA Play automatically starts Jedi fallen order x2 instances
When I start EA play (Desktop) Jedi Fallen Order will automatically start, then 5 seconds later another instance of Jedi fallen order will start. So i end up with 2 games playing at the same time. Also if i close them both. Then start Jedi Fallen Order, again it will open 2 instances of the game? Is there a setting or config entry i have to change to stop this from happening. Note: If i run the EA Play app as Admin then it does not open Jedi Fallen order. But when i do run it, again it opens it twice.
Cannot launch anything
Hi folks, Error report: a5d7f7b1-1669-4bdd-96ed-8070cf9c88d5 For a while I have struggled to launch any game from EA Play. BF1 and BF4 specifically. I've uninstalled EA Play, done numerous reinstalls of games, cleared all appdata caches, turned everything to admin, and nothing seems to work. With BF4 this is my last straw, I just want to play my games again. I've attached a dxdiag too.EAAPP/XBOX accounts linked but no crossprogress, bugged EAhelp web page.
So i linked my xbox account to my ea app account when cross progression was first announced for apex legends, i've also quadrouple checked it several times and its still linked but i havnt received any cross progression stuff from my xbox account into my EA APP account. The 2nd bug which has always been a problem is the EA HELP section of my account page just has loading symbol that never loads and keep spinning for infinity so i cannot get customer service help or any clarification for my issue and i have tried several different browsers and cannot find any form of e-mail customer service, so i am hoping i can get some help from here? The lack of customer service is also putting me off spending any money on anything else from EA because i fear i will never have anyway to get customer service for any future issues. Thanks
Sims 4 expansions not downloading
I was trying to play the sims 4 and got an error message that started with 123. I took all of my mods off and reinstalled the game. Now it is saying it's 'Missing Content'. My packs on the EA app say in library when i go to purchase them but when I open my library, there's nothing there but the sims 4 game. The only option I have is to play with missing content or view packs. How do I download the packs? I don't see an option to download or is this an issue with something else?
