I have tried downloading sims 4 and originally it could only download to 1% but now it’s only downloading to 2%. I’ve tried doing UAC but it’s blocked in my computer, I am not sure if the cache with save my data. Please help!

Are you seeing any specific error messages or error codes with your download?
I am having this same issue, and no there is no error code or message. It just is stuck at 2% and won't download any further no matter how much time passes. I have let it sit for hours, and I come back and it's still at 2% download.
yea me too I have no idea what to do
I initially tried to update the game, but it stayed stuck at 1% no matter what I tried. It would just stop anything it was possibly "trying" to do. Then right after it would say no internet connection...But that's absolutely impossible...I verified multiple times. So I uninstalled the game, cleared the cache, closed out of the EA app, restarted my computer and then reinstalled. Now its stuck at 2%, but does the same thing as mentioned above. Please help:(
