Xbox PC Game Pass error with EA Play Account
Recently, I logged into my xbox account and reactivated my pc game pass. While doing so I wanted to play some ea games, and tried to click on the xbox app's link to ea play. It gave me a " There's been an error Try resetting your password and restarting your game." When I went online to the ea page to reset my password using my xbox credentials, it said: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account (*withdrawn*) already linked to your EA Account for a5*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. Why is my xbox account linked to a disabled ea email? this doesn't make any sense. Please help.I have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game.
I clicked the download button on Xbox app, Yes my Xbox is connected, yes I've logged in and out, nothing appears to work, from what I've been reading this is a known issue that has not be solves after years of it bugging, i want to be able to down games to play with friends but i am not able to, someone help, im on windows and i have a F11 gaming laptop.

Having trouble with opening up my game application. Keep getting a message that says, "Cannot use the content, purchase it from PlayStation store." I already own the game as well as when go to playstore it says, "This content cannot be selected at this time." If you try to search for the game it doesn't come up at all.Problems with installing the 10-hour trial version of FC 25
Good afternoon, I am a player from Ukraine and wasn’t sure which support team to contact. But I hope you will see this. Recently, I purchased an EA Play subscription on my PS5, and I wanted to download the 10-hour trial version of FC 25. However, the PlayStation Store shows an error when I try to get it and says that I already own the game. I can download all other EA Play games without any issues. I already contacted PlayStation Support, thinking it might be a PS Store issue, but they told me to reach out to you. Looking at this error, I think it might be related to the FC 25 Showcase, which I had previously claimed. I really hope you can help. I’ll attach all the videos showing the error both in the PS App and in the PS Store. Also, I’ll attach what PlayStation Support replied to me (please note that the message is in Ukrainian — I apologize in advance).
Missing EA Play Rewards (PC Version)
EA PLAY PRO MISSING MEMBERSHIP REWARDS FOR 3 MONTHS PC MEMBER PLEASE READ ------> I have been an active member of EA Play PRO for 3 months now... since 12/02/2024 to be exact I have picture proof if necessary... and I have been playing Madden 25 Ultimate team pretty much every day since then, actively. I have not received a single Madden 25 Monthly reward since playing this game, and actively paying for my membership. In fact I was unaware that I was even supposed to be receiving monthly rewards because I wasn't getting them! How sad is that.. anyway I have all the payment transactions and proof to back it up. I am missing December MUT monthly rewards, January MUT monthly rewards, and now February MUT Monthly rewards. I know I am not the only one with this issue. I spoke to a service agent for around 35+ minutes just to be told he can't do anything, and to make a forum post.. so here I am making this post... along what looks to be a few other people who have had the same issue sadly enough.. EA just can't seem to get the Monthly Rewards out properly to some people it seems. I hope it gets resolved and I get what I am owed, as I have been a active loyal member for over 3 months now as I said. It's a bit frustrating to find out I have been missing out on packs that I was supposed to be getting, would've and could still be very helpful lol. I changed my username yesterday or two days ago so maybe that impacts why I didn't get this months rewards? but then again that doesn't explain why I didn't get any of the other two monthly packs... wish ea could actually help instead of directing me to a simple forum post... like that will somehow give my monthly packs i missed lol.
Xbox PC Gamepass linked to EA Account, but it is not recognising EA Play
I've linked my Xbox PC Gamepass account to me EA account. I've started EA App for windows from Xbox app on windows 10. I am able to log in through my Xbox account in EA App. However, EA App is not registering me as part of EA Play. This should be automatic. Instead it is asking me to purchase EA Play. I have followed a few guides online, where I unlinked accounts, signed out of each, restarted Xbox app on windows and then signed back in to each. It didn't change anything for me. I'm still not able to access EA Play. I even tried launching a game I own on EA App through my xbox account, but it did not help. Can't find a way to raise this issue with EA Support. So I'm hoping somebody who see's this can help me out.
