Bought LSB for Jabba and Tusken and got Crystals instead!
Dear CapitalGames, Yesterday i bought the LSB for Jabba and Tusken. After saying that the purchase is in work i got a message in my inbox saying there was an error. Instead of my LSBs thast ur normally get instand i got Crystals. Please CG give me what i payed for and not some stupid Crystals.

I clicked Restart as that is the only option and it reloaded the game and marked the event as complete but didn't give the shards for the final Tier. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I clicked Restart as that is the only option and it reloaded the game and marked the event as complete but didn't give the shards for the final Tier. I did try force quit and relaunched the game. No change I also replayed the last tier. Beating it again did not give shards either.
Account linking bug, 2 accounts same google email

I have an old account u used to play back in 2017, I decided I wanted to try and play the game again so when I installed and was asked to sign in I put in my google email, and logged in to my profile associated with that email address, name is qweqweqweqwe321. when I logged in it gave me the option of starting a new save and overwriting my old one, I said no, i wanted to continue my old save. after that it proceeded to start a fresh game for me and not load my older account. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how you could replicate this, maybe because my older connect was created long before EA connect was a thing. I'm not sure, but all I want to be able to do is play my old game without deleting it. I've talked to so many different support staff and the basics of what they have told me is that my current fresh profile and my older profile are both linked to the same Google play email. I am reporting a bug for the first time in nearly 9 years of gaming with you. Here is my ally code: 848-355-196 and my nickname in game is: Whīzzø I unlocked Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano in the first week after her release, she is one of my favorite character in the entire Star Wars universe and has been hoping for a Galactic Legend for her, so first of all, I wanted to say thank you for make this happens! Now, let's get to the core of the issue. I encountered this problem many times during the past few weeks. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be penalizing. Today, for the first time, battle completely froze during Territory Battle on Felucia, playing the Young Lando special mission. Line up was: GLAT lead, Young Lando, Padawan Sabine, Ahsoka Fulcrum, Huyeng. Battle starts well, reach ultimate, build the team offense and stats, then GLAT turn comes. I merely hit basic ability then nothing happens! You can see screenshot number 2 (ROTE bugged froze). Menu for abilities do not show up anymore, it's supposed to be enemy's turn as you can see on the right hand side of the screenshot, but they do not go... Even if I try to hit AUTO basic or complete AUTO, nothing happens... I can open setting and retreat, but it ends up in a loss and got points stolen from my guild and myself. Not a biggie, but I would love to see that fixed very soon. Now, squad arena. It happens once a day I would say, same issue than ROTE. Middle of battle, ALWAYS on GLAT turns, I hit any ability, doesn't matter which one, I had the bug on any of them, battle froze and I cannot do anything. I tried to joined a short 10 seconds video, didn't work, same with zip file. Same here, I can only retreat. I noticed it FREQUENTLY happens against SKLR! Like 75% of the time. Occasionally happens against GL Leia. Also, when the bug happens, very often it starts with the same pattern: all characters become dark and all the menu disappear, see attached first screenshot (Bugged dark). Sometimes I get lucky and can play anew after 10 seconds. Sometimes I'm just screwed and need to close the game and relaunch it. It also happens randomly without characters to turn dark, like I would hit basic on GLAT, then nothing would happens for 5 seconds, then everything goes back to normal, but I have to take a turn with GLAT again, like if it was cancelled. Last thing, which is not penalizing but kind of funny. DEAD characters DO NOT disappear! I have screenshots of this, but I can only join 3 attached files. I happy to provide more if you need me too. But when I play GL Leia, very often I kill her, she remains here and I can continue to attack her, even though she is dead! I can of course change target and clear them and when I win, I have the VICTORY screen, with the one, two or three characters DEAD, but still in the middle of the screen ^^ That's it for me. To CG: I recently entered a battle within territory wars and after losing that battle, the game stopped and a pop up message came up. See attached below. This happens each time a battle is lost in territory wars and GAC. Now it’s gotten to a point where anything I click after entering the game, this message pops up. Can you please help fix this?
Game freezing while discord streaming
Bluetooth Streaming Crash Noticed an issue that started roughly 2-3 months ago. If I am streaming in discord with a Bluetooth headset enabled, it will crash or freeze up the game in certain game modes. Noticed it in TB zones and GAC. I am able to replicate this 100% of the time. It seems to be very specific to Bluetooth enabled and specific game modes while streaming as it does not happen outside of screen sharing. Happening on both iPhone 14 Pro and iPad, iOS18.0.1 and using discord to share the screen. Attached a link to show what is happening. Ally code is 867367149. On a side note, some with Android are having problems streaming as it shuts off their mic, this started around the same time. Not the same issue but possibly related.
