Stones Throw roofs causing no snow
Hi all! I'm play-testing a world I'm building and noticed a few lots with no snow or weird snowless patterns. I realized they all had those glass roofs from the Stones Throw Greenhouse set. This has never happened to me before - I love those roofs. I removed them from some of my builds and the snow appeared, but it'd be a bummer to have to remove them. I tested in other worlds (the second photo is from Sunset Valley) and same thing happened. I've tried taking out CC, redownloading from the store, and still no snow. I may test on another PC if I can get it to work to see if it works, but I'm at a loss on getting snow back on these lots while keeping those roofs. Thought I'd ask for any ideas.
Having Trouble Registering Steam Digital Copy of Sims 3
Greetings Simmers, I've been having trouble with trying to register my digital copy of the Sims 3 Base Game from Steam on the Sims 3 Website. When I go to enter the code, it says it's invalid, even though I typed everything correctly. From what I know, it's not been fully used yet. Especially since I even tried registering it days after I got the game, and it still showed as invalid. I did try getting in contact with a live representative, but no problems were really found on my EA account and was told that my problem would be passed along to support. I also have a transcript of the entire conversation, if I am allowed to post that. Is there a way to solve this? Any information will be useful, because I cannot be the only one who's had issues with this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
The store is finally accessible again but "My Page" seems to be a bit glitchy
The My Worlds section is squished even if i open the page in a different browser. This is probably just a visual glitch but it's annoying because it's nice to look at all the colorful icons (i only have 2 worlds currently but my point still stands)
Birthing Loop / Adoption Glitch
Hello hello To anyone reading this, and I hope that someone can help ! but So unfortunately in recent any sim who is in the process of giving birth is stuck continuiously giving birth - to no end. Clearly a glitch. And so pivot, If I ever go try to Adopt into the family, the Adoption person stays stuck on our sidewalk - and no further actions proceed. So I cant go into edit the town, change familys or hope for the best. Its either way - stuck :/ and now none of my familys can have generations Ive seen some similar issues online - but never any solutions other than delete the app and reInstall. I'd appreciate truly any further advice or solution !! Also oddly- Ive on my Newest mac downloaded sims, never been able to fish in the ocean ? SO For isla Paradiso too it really does damper things a bit. THANK YOUU ! ! ! Trulyy
Sims 3 Launcher Only Opens EA App
My Sims 3 game has been perfectly fine since installation but last night it wouldn't open. Every time i tried to launch it it would open the EA App and do nothing else. I have tried uninstalling it multiple times alongside the EA App. I've used Revo Uninstaller as well. My CPU isn't the problem. I have also tried the AlderLake fix. I've tried everything in every forum and on Reddit and nothing has fixed it. Here's my dxdiag form for anybody who would want it. Please help, the Sims 3 is my favorite game and I was looking forward to continue playing it:(
