Unstable connection: South African servers

It’s been almost 5 months since release and Ea hasn’t resolved the unstable connection issue in South Africa . Despite many threads and complaints . The ea managers have shown no interest in resolving this matter . This is because it’s the African server and not Europe/Usa . We are not valued as customers . 
A simple issue that’s causing jitter in each game is going ignored . 
Thousands spent on the game each year and this is the customer service we receive.

This is occurring on every platform and every ISP . i have changed ISP’s and this has costed me thousands . No feedback on the matter from community managers . The company is robbing people .

what was once a fun game to play every night to get away from life’s problems has turned into a nightmare
