Game crashed after i did weekend pitch beats challenge and lost a 105 ovr drogba

i already claimed drogba after i completed the rock event in pitch beats, after that, i went to play the weekend pitch beats challenge, but then the game crashes after i finished the challenge. and when i refresh fc mobile to see if i got my rewards, all the rewards from the challenge that i've claimed was there, then, after that i used them to train my players in my team in my inventory except for the 105 ovr drogba. but when i go check him to my inventory, he's not in my inventory, even though i didnt use drogba to train my players in my team. is there any way i can claim drogba, or is there any way that the fc mobile admin can fix this bug?
