Error[1000]

I can't log in to my account, when I try to log in an error notification appears like this, I have reinstalled and logged in using another account and I can play it, but when I try to log back into the main account it still doesn't work, I asked people, they said it was just a bug, but this has been going on for almost 5 days, my network is stable, when I play other games I get 5-20 ms, but when I log in to FC Mobile it still gives me that error
