Can't be created/rename it squad/club name changed in ultimate team
Hello! I'm facing this issue wich is persistent from last year December since I observed and as I observed today the problem/issue or bug/glitch whatever is called didn't get fixed. May I ask EA please to look after this issue and to try to fix for us as i see a lot of people complaining about this unresolved problem. After all what I noticed iwen in this days many players still playing this FC 24 wich means people still love this game and many of us prefer to play this game iwen a lot of us having all tree FC SERIES games, like myself, having all tree bought and I'm playing all of this, depending on what feeling catch me and acordantly I play the games I think the all problem is caused by outdated profanity text filter or outdated syncing server side acont data. PSNID: Sisik2205 Region: Europe (Poland) Console: PS5 For the last couple of days, whenever I try to enter Pro Clubs, I'm getting a message “Unable to connect to Pro Clubs at this time. Please try again later." I haven't even played this mode yet and I still could enter like last week, but now all of a sudden I can't. Not sure if it's a server error or because I have made some progress in Volta it broke Pro Clubs. I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. As I begin with a good day of winning in a rows but ea decided to not let me win the other game. As this may sound unnatural but when I play the streak game always it's shows ea server unable to connect but my connection is good. I don't know what the problem evey other game works fine but only this game works like this. Because of this many easy game were easy given forfeit and when I log back it says the connection wasn't strong. Have not been able to play ultimate team for a week. On any device. The message "you have lost your connection" ect. Everything time i play the game on any device. It doent matter if its my Xbox or tablet or even my phone. Its actually never worker on any of my other devices except my Xbox, but now not even thats working. Hello EA Team, I am experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26. Even though I am located in Turkey, the game automatically connects me to a distant data center (NFS / 159.153.71.17) instead of the correct regional servers (e.g., Frankfurt, Milan, or Middle East). What happens The game always forces me onto a far data center Ping is around 130–140 ms instead of the usual 35–45 ms Matchmaking never switches to the correct region Multiple players in Turkey are reporting the same issue recently Technical details My tracert to easo.ea.com consistently routes to: 159.153.71.17 (NFS Data Center) → ~135 ms ping This should NOT be the default server for players in Turkey. What support told me Live chat support confirmed: Multiple players are affected This is a server-side issue My case has been escalated to the specialist team What I already tried (did not fix) DNS reset Router reset NAT Type OK No VPN Clean reinstall Game settings reset What we need Please review the routing / data center assignment for Turkey. Before this issue, matchmaking always connected to closer EU servers (35–45 ms). Now it connects to a distant region with 130+ ms constantly.
