Game crashes every time I play it
I stream my gameplay every night. Every time I play nhl 26. I cant even finish 1 period of online play before the game crashes. I tried every fix possible. Clear every catche, lowering my fps. So I have been having this problem where every 2-3 games in any on line mode (I mostly play World of Chel) I get kicked from the game for no reason due to “lost connection”. The issue is, I know it isn’t my WiFi because no other games have this issue. What can I do to stop getting randomly disconnectedMissed Entire Cup Celebration
It is incredibly frustrating to battle in the Cup Finals only to have your opponent quit and then miss the entire Cup celebration. EA_Aljo I'm sure example aren't needed but I'll post for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaktLmBsDtY We battled hard to win the Pro Cup and before the game (0:20), we get to see the Cup, but after we scored our 3rd goal, the other team just left and we get the "Your have lost your connection to the other players" message... that's it! Our club spent 4 nights battling through the Club Finals to get to this point and that message is what we got as a reward... no hand shakes, no team photo, no cup. Something has to done about that! On that same topic, We shouldn't be getting that message in any game. EA knows which side disconnected first, that's how they decide who gets credit for the win... at the very least, it should pop up with a screen letting you know other team forfeited and you win.Forced to quit HUT Cup Chase due to players not moving
Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. Any time me or anyone in my club attempts to change or alter our jerseys/arena we receive a connection error that exits you to the Home Screen. This has been going on for over a month now and all the progress with collections is now essentially useless since we can’t change anything. Error code is dfefb006ab1c0954-0000000000009999-43caf82f82fb583fdfd which is failure to retrieve data; please try again later. Like I said this has been going on for over a month now with no fix and makes the money spent on the game feel like a waste.Missing player cards
Spent all night grinding ranked to get mega pack couldn’t get anything above an 87 from the pack traded everything I had into three 88 superstar origins players game started being slow when trying to trade for a 90 so I closed it. Ongoing Disconnections from EA Network – NHL 26 on PS5 Hello EA Support, I’m reaching out because I’m beyond frustrated with an ongoing issue while playing NHL 26 on PS5. Almost every time I play, I get kicked from games due to a message saying I’ve been disconnected from the EA Network. The problem is, this is the only network I have issues with. My internet connection is stable, my PlayStation Network works perfectly, and I have no disconnect problems with any other online games. This issue is specific to EA servers, and it’s making the game borderline unplayable. I’ve spent good money on this game and expect to be able to play full online matches without constant disconnects—especially when the fault clearly isn’t on my end. At this point, I’m losing progress, wasting time, and getting penalized for something I have no control over.
