Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

I think one of the Mods preventing players from loading into the new world is the TOOL mod by twistedmexi. After removing that mod, I was able to load the world from Manage Worlds. I assume that because turning off mods allowed me to explore the world that I should be able to visit the neighborhoods too.

That is a different issue. With TOOL you get a while screen. This is endless loading. Please check out the mods forum for more info on the white screen.

No matter what I do, be it through trying to go via sims in live mode or trying to enter from build/buy onto the lots, Everdew will not load. Instead, I am stuck on a loading screen for hours that never ends. I have tried removing the localthumbcache, removing my mods completely, and even repairing the entire game, but no matter what this still happens. The rest of Innisgreen neighborhoods are totally accessible without any issue, it only seems to be Everdew.

Can either of you access the lots in build mode ?
